By using gas2pass.com or buying a Gas2Pass product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be 13 or older to create an account; parents or guardians may create and manage accounts for younger racers.

Orders, pricing, and pre-orders

• Prices and product availability can change at any time before an order is placed.
• If we make a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Pre-orders ship in the window stated on the product page (typically 2–3 weeks). If we expect a longer delay, we'll email you with the option to wait or get a full refund.
• Founder Pack and Founding Family Kit allotments are limited; once the cap sells out, the listing closes.

User content

Photos, posts, and bios you upload remain yours. By posting them you give us a non-exclusive license to display them on the site and in marketing about Gas2Pass. Don't upload anything you don't have rights to, and keep content respectful — we may remove anything that violates this.

Intellectual property

Gas2Pass™, the logo, sticker art, and site copy are owned by Sanctuary Sleep Co LLC. Don't copy or resell our designs without written permission.

Disclaimers

Our hydration sticks are a food supplement, not a medical product. They're not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to a pediatrician before giving any supplement to a child.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
