Gas2Pass ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit gas2pass.com, create a Pit profile, place an order, or contact us.

What we collect

• Account info — email, password (hashed), racer name, optional bio and photo.
• Order info — name, shipping address, billing address, items purchased. Payment is processed by Shopify; we never see or store your card number.
• Contact info — messages, email, and phone you submit through our forms.
• Usage data — pages visited, device/browser, and basic analytics to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To fulfill orders and provide customer support.
• To run the Pit, Crew, Leaderboard, and other community features you opt into.
• To send transactional email (order confirmations, password resets, replies to messages).
• To send marketing email — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only the minimum needed to run the business:

• Shopify — order processing, payments, fulfillment.
• Printful — apparel manufacturing and shipping.
• Supabase — secure account and database hosting.
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.

We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Many of our customers are families with young racers. Accounts are intended for users 13+. If a racer under 13 has a profile, a parent or guardian must create and manage it. Contact us at any time to update or delete a child's data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email gas2passhydration@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure basic site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site (login, checkout) will stop working.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and notify account holders by email when changes are material.
