Shipping Policy

We ship from the United States. Order confirmation and tracking go to the email used at checkout.

Processing time

• Stickers & accessories — ship within 2–3 business days.
• Apparel (tees, caps, etc.) — printed on demand by our partner Printful and ship within 3–7 business days of order.
• Founder Pack & Founding Family Kit — these are limited-run, assembled-to-order kits and ship within 2–3 weeks of purchase.

Shipping methods & rates

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• US standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after it ships.
• International shipping is available on most apparel items; transit times vary by country.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are clearly labeled on the product page. Your card is charged at checkout to reserve your spot, and the kit ships in the window listed on the product page. If we expect a delay beyond that window, we'll email you with the option to wait or get a refund.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within the processing window above, check your spam folder, then email gas2passhydration@gmail.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date). We'll work with the carrier and replace or refund.

Address changes

Need to fix an address? Email us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once a label is printed we usually can't change it, but we'll do our best.
